Golf

Lance went golfing in St. Gorge on Friday. He came home with a sunburn. I didn't feel bad because it snowed here while he was in mid 60 degree weather.
Today we went to the Draper Temple open house. Our kids were great. They were very quiet even Billy. They were reverent and loved it. I thought it was a great triumph because we had to wait for over an hour and then the walk through the temple was slow. We tried to prepare all week and it paid off. Billy loved the baptismal font and the chandelier. Madi loved the sealing room, celestial room and brides room. Aubree just loved pushing people up the stairs. It was a really neat and good experience. I have to say the best part for me is the curiosity it brought to there minds. During scripture study they ask a lot of questions about it. I felt that we planted a seed for the importance of the temple. It was a blessing.

Its a Boy

Today was our utlrasound. We were not intending to find out if it was a boy or girl. But our baby had other plans. He showed himself. The kids also wanted to know. Billy is way excited. Madi is not so sure she wants another brother and Aubree doesn't even get it. Lance is excited. But I was probably the most. I think it will be fun to rediscover the joys of little boys. Plus it is always fun to even the family out. I guess it will be fun to prepare a little. It is going by so fast. I haven't even thought about what I might need other than a carseat. So I am going to go through my baby boy items and enjoy remembering cute little Billy in all the outfits. I am excited to see if he will look like Billy or the girls. Needless to say I am excited and so is the family. Billy just said he will teach the boy how to be a superhero and use his muscles.

We recently went bowling. The kids loved it of course. Madilynn won.

Madi just turned six in January. She is so much fun. Being the oldest, we expect a lot but she always exceeds our expectations. She is at the top of her class for reading and is taking piano. She decided recently her new favorite color is teal. She wants to be a chef and artist when she gets big. This is Lance showing madi how to put on makeup. Pretty cute

I have no idea what I am doing. But we decided everyone else blogs so we might as well get in the fun. Right? Yeah right but I will figure it out.
